Harvey Gantt – President & Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Officer of Pinpoint Warehousing, Inc.  Harvey is responsible for creating short-term and long-term plans, establish budgets and communicate the vision and strategy to all employees.. As President he is responsible for the day-to-day operating activities of the company, and to develop measures and key performance indicators to monitor company operations.  Harvey is a graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, SC and has 30 plus years of experience in the transportation and Logistics industry.  He began his career working in the family trucking and fulfillment business.  After the Citadel, he worked in management with Roadway express where he worked in all areas of management and sales.  He then crossed the desk to work for a manufacturing company where his responsibilities were in transportation and distribution. His responsibilities included designing and implementing a distribution center network which focused on material handling automation, work flow design and WMS solutions.  He later started a full service 3PL company which included warehousing, packaging, fulfillment, Trucking and Brokerage.  He has worked as an independent consultant in the Warehousing, Distribution, and fulfillment industry as well.  Harvey is married and has three children, actually two, one is his Bulldog “Winston” who doesn’t know he is a dog.  In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting, and the Carolina Panthers.

Zachary Gantt – Vice President

As Vice President Zach is responsible for all sales, marketing and customer service functions of the business. He works closely with current and new clients to pursue new opportunities and business leads. In addition to sales he oversees and is responsible for all customer service activities of the business, ensuring existing client’s needs are met on a daily basis. Zach enjoys traveling, the outdoors, as well as cheering on the Carolina Panthers.

Tracy W. Lee – Chief Financial Officer

Tracy handles the day to day financial responsibilities which include financial reporting, legal matters, insurance programs, banking relationship, accounting, acquisitions, budgeting, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, strategic planning and securing the necessary funding for the future growth of PPW.  His professional background encompasses over 35 years of banking and leasing/financing experience both nationally and internationally.  He started a leasing division for a national bank along with running two private leasing/finance companies.  During his career in the financial industry, he has been involved with various growth oriented companies and has played an instrumental role in their success.  He is married and has 4 children and one step-son and just recently became a grandfather to his grandson.  He is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, (where his blood runs Carolina Blue) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  His interest includes playing golf and skiing and watching the Tar Heels.

Jim Hagwood – Vice President of Operations

A University of South Carolina Graduate Jim is responsible for all operations activities at Pinpoint. These responsibilities include labor planning, shift scheduling, and production planning. Working closely with his supervisor team he ensures that all orders and shipments are packed and shipped correctly and efficiently. A member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church he enjoys fishing, scouting, hunting and camping.

Sara Gantt – National Account Manager

As a National Account Manager, Sara directly handles the day to day responsible for select accounts and works with the other members of the sales team on account development.  Sara assists with the advertising and marketing efforts for the company as well. Sara is a graduate of Western Carolina University where she was a member of the Volleyball team.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her bulldog “Bella”.  She also enjoys all sports, outdoor activities and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.

Mitch Fuller –  Transportation Manager

Mitch is a graduate of The Citadel and is also responsible for all operations activities at Pinpoint. These responsibilities include labor planning, shift scheduling, and production planning. Working closely with his supervisor team he ensures that all orders and shipments are packed and shipped correctly and efficiently. Mitch was a member of the wrestling team at The Citadel where he was a standout wrestler who represented The Citadel at the NCAA tournament.  Mitch has two daughters and is a member of New Spring Church.  In his spare time he enjoys most sports and a variety of outdoor activities.

Robert Dexter – Director of IT Services

As Director of IT services he is responsible for all aspects of computer systems and network operations. Robert began his career as a Data Systems Technician in the US Navy and has 40 years’ experience managing industrial computing environments. A native of El Paso, Texas, Robert is a fan of all Texas State pro and college football.

JD Cox – Manager of Database Services

As Manager of Database Services JD is responsible for all of the WMS databases in operation at Pinpoint. Working closely with operations he is constantly searching for and developing new and innovative ways to process orders more efficiently. His area of expertise is programming with Microsoft Access. His responsibilities also include managing and training employees on new database software updates. JD is an avid outdoorsman.

Brendon Osmer – Customer Service Manager

As Inside Sales manager Brendon is responsible for ensuring the fluid day to day operation of several national accounts. He also facilitates new processes and methodologies for new and existing accounts. In his free time Brendon coaches volleyball at Union Volleyball club. A native of Stamford, CT he also enjoys sports, traveling and spending time outdoors.

Jay Correll – Account Manager

Working closely with Operations Jay or “Bubba” is responsible for managing the inventory, production and customer service relationships of the Contract packaging and B2B fulfillment division of Pinpoint. A graduate of the University of Alabama he is heavily involved with coaching youth volleyball, and is an avid gun enthusiast.

Kara Lynzee Brooks – Account Manager

As an account manager Kara is responsible for the day to day operation of several national accounts. These responsibilities include working closely with operations to ensure that the needs of clients will be met, as well as the daily communication with the client team. A graduate of Western Carolina University she enjoys volleyball and cheering on Florida State Seminole football team.

Crystal Gantt – Office Manager

As Office Manager Crystal is responsible for the day to day administrative functions of the i sales, accounting and operations departments. Crystal also shares responsibility of new product setup with current and new customers. She is a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University where she played 4 years as a scholarship setter on the volleyball team. She has worked in a variety of logistics and distribution environments adding unique and insightful perspective to her administrative responsibilities.   In her spare time Crystal enjoys shopping, gardening, blogging and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.

Stephen Love – Account Manager

As an account manager Stephen is responsible for the day to day operation of several national accounts. These responsibilities include working closely with operations to ensure that the needs of clients will be met, as well as the daily communication with the client team. A graduate of Appalachian State University he enjoys golf, the Carolina Panthers, war history, as well as Appalachian State football.
